REGISTRATION
Number of total guests must be listed on reservation at time of booking. The minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. The person making the reservation must also be staying for the duration of the visit.
PARKING
There is room for 4 cars max.
VISITORS & NOISE
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited without express permission. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m.
CHILD SAFETY
Our home is suitable for children. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.
TRASH PICKUP
On Wednesday evening, pull can out from carport to an area easily accessible from the road. Be sure pin is securely inserted to lid to keep animals out of trash.
PETS
We are a pet friendly property! This is limited to 1 dog (no cats) up to 50 lbs.
There is a one-time pet fee of $100 for your well-behaved pooch that is collected at registration. Please always clean up after your pet. Always keep dogs on a leash when outside. Dogs must be crated (crate provided) when you are not present in the cabin. No pets are allowed on furniture.
SAFETY & ENERGY SAVING
Close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the premises. Please use the hot tub according to the safety rules posted. Do not put anything other than humans inside the hot tub. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
SMOKING
Smoking of any kind or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. No smoking .No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM on day of arrival.

Payment Policy
50% of payment is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund will be issued if reservation is cancelled 21 full days prior to reservation start date. Inside 21 days of arrival no refund will be issued due to cancelation. It is highly recommended to purchase trip insurance as host will not be responsible for inclement weather, illness or ill health of guest, conflict of schedules, or any other situation which guest may wish to cancel inside 21 days.

Follow popular mapping applications to the front door of the cabin, it's very accurate. G-Maps works well.
Some roads up to the cabin are narrow single car lanes. If you encounter an oncoming vehicle, simply pull to the right as far as possible and proceed with safely passing.
Please keep speeds at 15 mph or below.
Most of the roads leading up to the cabin are paved. You will encounter 4/10 of a mile that is a gravel road. It's a bit bumpy but smooths out once you reach pavement again. Specific instructions on avoiding additional gravel roads will be sent the evening before arrival.
Being a mountain property, some sections of the road are a bit steep (only a couple short areas). Under normal conditions, a regular front or rear wheel drive vehicle can safely navigate the roads (it is not recommended for low profile vehicles such as high performance sports cars). For your safety, please be cautious especially if icy conditions are present.
For the safety of our guests and our cabin, we have an exterior security camera located at the front door.
We happily provide Dish Network satellite TV and two Blu-Ray players for your viewing enjoyment. We have a small collection of Blu-Ray Disks available for you in the downstairs library. You are more than welcome to bring your favorite DVD's or Blu-Ray disks since the unit will play either kind!
Turn on the ice maker by sliding out the panel above the ice bin and flip the switch to on.
